Our Mission

Central Asian Ladies Initiative is a non-profit organization focused on providing women from Central Asia with the skills and resources needed to succeed. Our mission is to create a supportive network for professional women, offering leadership, entrepreneurship, and career development programs, as well as inspiring events featuring successful women from the region. We collaborate with like-minded organizations to create a network of resources and opportunities for women to reach their full potential.

Meetups

Engaging panel discussions with speakers, and interviews with successful women who share their stories and insights. These events foster motivation and build a strong support network.

Workshops

This program is dedicated to connecting experienced professionals with mid-career or returning-to-work women, providing guidance and advice as they advance in their careers.

Mentorship

We will offer skill-building opportunities ranging from leadership and entrepreneurship workshops to career development programs. Our aim is to ensure that women professionals are well-equipped for success in various areas, including interview preparation, promotions, networking, soft skills, and salary negotiations.
